The program is available to active service members, retirees, veterans, and eligible dependents of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), including the following:

  • Members of the immediate household

How can I verify my Military eligibility and how long does the verification process take?

Please register using your military email address; a member of our support team will review your registration to determine your eligibility within 1 business day. Once verified, you will receive your Volvo PIN. 

At the time of purchase, your Volvo Retailer will request proof of  program eligibility. Examples of accepted military documentation include, but are not limited to: 

- NDI 20
- NDI 75
- CAF 74
- CFOne Card

I do not have an email address. Can I verify without one?

Currently, it is required that everyone have a valid email address to register and to obtain Volvo PIN.
